Homemade lemon curd is the best! Rich, tangy, and perfectly creamy. Use it for desserts, cheesecakes, or pastries. I call these Chocolate Love Affair Brownies because they taste like a cookie and a brownie fell in love. Soft and rich with big chocolate flavor, lightly chewy in the center, and crispy edges. One bowl, no mixer, and they slice clean. Perfect warm with a little ice cream or cooled for that cookie brownie bite. π

This is my easiest bread, no yeast, no kneading, just a bowl and a spoon. Beer does the lifting, melted butter gives you a golden, crunchy top, and the inside stays soft and tender. Use any beer you like, lager works best. It bakes in about an hour, pairs perfectly with soup or chili π
