This is my easiest bread, no yeast, no kneading, just a bowl and a spoon. Beer does the lifting, melted butter gives you a golden, crunchy top, and the inside stays soft and tender. Use any beer you like, lager works best. It bakes in about an hour, pairs perfectly with soup or chili 💕
