Hello! I'm Anthony, a coffee roaster who grew up in my family's Sacramento restaurant, where I learned hospitality and the power of a well crafted flavor profile. I launched Rescate Coffee in 2011 with a small roaster and a mission to serve Elk Grove the freshest beans possible. Today I still hand select green beans, roast them in small batches for peak flavor, and chase the same goal - to brew a quality cup that can rescue any day.
