Sweet Oven

Mindy trained at Le Cordon Bleu and mastered Italian macarons at Estelle’s Bakery. In 2023, she launched Sweet Oven from her home kitchen to make indulgent treats that aren't overly sweet. Her Italian macarons and low sugar gourmet cookies won rave reviews for quality ingredients and balanced flavor. Sweet Oven joined Sinful Treats in April 2024, then opened a storefront three months later with help from her husband, Tony. Mindy continues to satisfy sweet cravings without the guilt.
