Common questions about Shipping and Refunds

What are Sinful Treats' shipping policies?

Our Sellers carefully pack every order and schedule shipping to hit your requested date. Once your package is with the carrier, weather or transit delays can occur, so we can’t promise an exact arrival time. To keep things running smoothly, we may ship a little earlier when needed.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the continental U.S. From west to east coast (sorry, no Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping yet).

Homes, apartments, offices, and event venues are all good. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or carrier pick up centers.

No signature needed. Orders go to the exact address you give us, so please double check it to avoid any delivery hiccups.

What is your shipping schedule?

We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Some products may ship overnight.

We suggest placing an order at least 2 weeks before the date you need it. During the holidays, plan ahead and place your orders at least 3 weeks before, or even one month before. The sooner, the better.

How are orders packaged and shipped?

Most products are made to order by each Seller to ensure freshness. Each Seller prepares,  packages the order, and ships it from their location.

Some products ship frozen and packaged with ice packs. Other products with longer shelf life, such as cookies and coffee beans, will ship in their regular packaging.

Our current shipping carriers are USPS and UPS.

Do you offer refunds, returns or cancellations?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.

In rare cases, we will allow cancellations on products ordered if we are notified 10 business days before the order is scheduled to ship.

Can we do Pick Ups and Special Requests?

We allow Pick Ups depending on the Seller's location. The Seller will contact the customer to arrange pick up date, time, and location.

You can write any special requests, instructions and gift messages in the Notes section on the check out page. We will do our best to accommodate your special requests within reason.

Do you do Corporate Orders and Catering?

Absolutely! We can make gift giving easy and convenient for you. We make custom gifts with custom logo labels and personalized messages for all budgets. Most of our corporate clients give us a list of names and addresses, and we take it from there.

We do local catering in Sacramento, CA and surrounding cities.
