Maricela founded Salsa Aurora in Northern California in 2007 to bottle the authentic Mexican flavors she had cooked for family and friends all her life. Her recipe blends sweet vine ripe tomatoes, red chili peppers, and farmers' market vegetables simmered in pure olive oil with no fillers, artificial flavors, or added sugar. The salsa comes in Mild, Medium, and Hot. More than a dip, it brightens tacos, burritos, pasta, rice, or marinades, giving any dish a taste of Mexico.
